Quebec City

Welcome to fall, my friends. We awoke this morning to heat blasting out of our radiators because the temperature got so low the thermostat couldn't handle it and spewed musty hotness into our apartment (and right out our open windows...).

In a last-ditch effort to remember the glory of summer I decided to post a few pics of when the hubby and I went to Quebec City last month. It was a grand little adventure, albeit only two days, where we walked around a lot, ate fancy french food, played chess in the park, rode La Funiculaire (that gondola-type craft you see below, connecting upper and lower parts of the Old Port), and got drunk on a giant bottle of wine.

Ah, I miss summer already.
